Born in Boca Raton in 1996, Italian chain Cannoli Kitchen Pizza launched franchising in 2023 and has big plans for continued growth.

“We realized our 2024 growth plans with new franchise deals in four states, and we’re going even bigger in 2025,” Austin Titus, president of Cannoli Kitchen Pizza, said in a press release at the end of last year.

The plan for 2025, said the press release, has been to open 23 franchisee-owned restaurants by the end of the year, with outposts in Florida, Texas, Georgia, and the Carolinas.

As the growth continues, the brand is looking ahead to 2026 as well. This week, What Now came across plan review paperwork for a new Cannoli Kitchen, opening in Lake Worth at 8776 Lantana Road, Suite A126.

What Now reached out on Monday to franchisee Stanley Gordon to ask about the planned Lake Worth Cannoli Kitchen.

“We’re still working on the plans,” Gordon said. “We’re probably going to open in the first quarter of 2026.”

So keep it in mind: Cannoli Kitchen is headed your way early next year, Lake Worth.

“Cannoli Kitchen is inspired by the warmth and lively spirit of cherished childhood memories, reminiscent of joyful moments gathered in a bustling family kitchen,” says the restaurant’s website. “Our restaurants come alive with the sound of clattering pots and pans, the aroma of bubbling sauces, and the comforting sight of freshly kneaded dough—all crafted with only the finest ingredients.”
