Miami is about to get another world-class experience when CASA NEOS Lounge opens.

CN Lounge, LLC recently filed permit applications with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation for a lounge at 40 SW North River Drive. According to the CASA NEOS Lounge website: “Inspired by the effortless elegance of the Mediterranean and the rhythm of coastal nights, CASA NEOS Lounge is a refined, immersive space designed for late-night discovery. The lounge blends natural textures, warm tones, and artful lighting with lush details, creating an intimate yet glamorous atmosphere that feels both transporting and timeless.”

Located three floors above CASA NEOS restaurant and beach club, the lounge will act as a separate entity and is slated to open March 2026, according to Instagram.  The lounge will be a stunning nightlife venue that will offer its guests curated cocktails, bites, and bottle service in a setting that channels some of Europe’s most exclusive after-hours playgrounds.  Entertainment will include sets by international DJs, with music that will guide guests from sunset through the wee hours of the morning.

CASA NEOS lounge is run by Riviera Dining Group, the name behind some of Miami’s most exclusive dining and entertainment venues including Mila, Ava Mediterraegean, Claudie, and MM Club.
