The Italian eatery is planning to join in on a new multi-use development planned for Wynwood, according to a report from the Miami New Times.
The condominium development is being spearheaded by New York-based Tricap and Florida-based Related Group. Expect to find the new project under the name GnoMad Residences Wynwood, according to the article.
The new condo development will also feature a rooftop bar and a 20,000 square foot retail space on the ground floor. Part of which, Casa Tua Cucina will occupy. The project is expected to break ground toward the end of the year, with a completion date set in 2024.
The restaurant has locations across the globe, from Miami to Aspen to Paris. The concepts seem to vary by location. In this planned unit, it seems that the brand will offer a rather large selection of Italian fare from numerous food stations. For example, guests pick out pastas, charcuterie, dolci and pizzas all from different counters in the restaurant.
According to the report, the project was just approved by the Wynwood Design Review Committee.
