Founded in 2015 in West Palm Beach and helmed by brothers Alex, Camilo, and Felipe Celis (along with Taki Kastanis of Yolk Restaurants), Celis Juice Bar is building on its two current locations with a new outpost this spring. The next Celi Juice Bar will open at 335 E Linton Blvd., Suite B-12 this May, according to recent coverage by the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.
It will be the third location for Celis Juice Bar—in addition to a fourth, which is expected to open in 2025 in West Palm Beach’s NORA District.
Celis Juice Bar’s menus have featured Acai Bowls like the Cacao Bowl (Acai sorbet, peanut butter, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, hemp/flax granola, honey, banana, strawberry, blueberry), Smoothies like the Dirty Funk (Almond milk, dates, raw cacao, banana, peanut butter, espresso grounds), and Pressed Juices in varieties like Unbeetable (Beet root, carrot, orange, ginger, turmeric, apple).
The food menu features a selection of breakfast offerings like the Egg Sammy W/ Avo and The Phil breakfast burrito (Tortilla, egg whites, feta cheese, smashed avocado, spinach). There are sandwiches like the Brie Grilled Cheese, the Avocado Melt, and the Dijon Chicken Sammy, along with a Feta Cheese & Pear Salad.
Opening in the Linton Boulevard location, Celis Juice Bar’s Delray Beach store will join a retail center that houses restaurants like Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana and Zona Fresca.
