Located on the northwest corner of North Park Road and Sheridan Street in Hollywood, Park Sheridan West Plaza will soon welcome a new Vietnamese restaurant into its culinary community.
Called Com Ga Ninh Kieu—or NK Kitchen, for short—after the southern Vietnamese city of Ninh Kieu, the restaurant is a new project from owners Mindy Tsan and Chef Victor Hoang, two restaurateurs who made their name with Com Ga Ninh Kieu, a restaurant in Atlantic City. After selling the Atlantic City restaurant and relocating to South Florida, the two restaurateurs are bringing their culinary chops to Hollywood.
“Mindy and Victor are pleased to bring the rich flavors of Vietnamese cuisine to the Hollywood area with the opening of Cơm Gà Ninh Kiều, the area’s only destination for those seeking a truly authentic chicken pho experience,” says the restaurant’s website. “Stop by and sample Vietnam’s Mekong Delta’s simple and satisfying tastes today!”
The new location has been approved to begin construction, Mindy Tsan told What Now on Tuesday. So you can expect to be trying Com Ga Ninh Kieu’s Vietnamese cuisine this spring!
Opening in Park Sheridan West Plaza, Com Ga Ninh Kieu joins restaurants like Don Rodone Ceviche & More, Tijuana Flats, Hiro Maru Sushi, Midnight Cookies & Cream, and more.
