Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant, the restaurant that specializes in wine, is opening a Delray Beach location. The restaurant’s official website listed a new restaurant “coming soon” to 1750 S Federal Highway. No official opening date has been announced.

Cooper’s Hawk is a restaurant that offers upscale American and continental favorites that range from filet mignon to spaghetti and meatballs, with each dish paired to a suggested wine. In addition to a lively bar that offers a value-driven weekday happy hour, each Cooper’s Hawk features a Napa-inspired tasting room and retail bottle market. Cooper’s Hawk also hosts its own wine club, offering monthly bottles, wine tastings, and discounts on retail items.

The restaurant, founded in 2005 by Tim McEnery, has set itself apart from other fine-dining chains by focusing on wine bottled specifically for Cooper’s Hawk using grapes grown by some of the best vineyards around the world. Dedicated staff travel extensively to personally source the fruit which is then transported to the company’s production facility. The company makes about three quarters of a million bottles a year, and has won hundreds of awards for its wines. This unique process allows guests to explore new wines at reasonable prices.
