With five locations in Florida—plus international locations in Paris and Lisbon—Coyo Taco offers “Miami’s freshest Mexican street food experience.” The brand is now at work on its sixth South Florida location, which will open in Bayside Marketplace, at 401 Biscayne Blvd, Suite #1320, according to submitted plan review documents.
“At Coyo Taco, guacamole is smashed to order and tortillas are handcrafted on-site in an authentic Mexican tradition,” says the Coyo Taco website. “Vegetables are farm fresh and responsibly sourced. Meat and seafood are naturally raised and humanely treated. Agua frescas and margaritas are made from scratch. Staying true to our todo fresco, or ‘everything fresh’ philosophy, our ingredients are 100% natural.”
The menu at the Wynwood location features tacos served up with proteins like Camaron, Carne Asada, Al Pastor, Pollo Al Carbon, Beef Birria, and more. There are also burritos, burrito bowls, quesadillas, and bocadillos like guacamole, esquite, and arroz verde.
Opening in Bayside Marketplace, Coyo Taco will join a food and drink roster that includes La Cañita, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Pier 5, Rolly’s Bistro, and more.
