Sawgrass Mills, the shopping mall at West Sunrise Boulevard and North Flamingo Road in Sunrise, is preparing to add ceviche to its food and beverage roster—again. What Now recently came across plan review documents showing a new CVI.CHE 105 opening there, at 2610 Sawgrass Mills Circle, Suite 1429B.

“We’re still under construction,” a representative of CVI.CHE 105 told What Now on Thursday. “We’re looking at an opening in September.”

It would be the seventh location for CVI.CHE 105, which “offers a next level combination of flavors, sensations and ambiances that is unique to Miami and defies all expectations.”

“Celebrity Chef Juan Chipoco—one of Miami’s most sought after culinary figures—brings you his universe expressed in the form of Peruvian delicacies,” says the CVI.CHE 105 website. “Flavorful, high quality ingredients, skillful preparation and an exciting atmosphere makes of CVI.CHE 105 one unmissable destination that continuously delights locals and tourists alike for 15 years in a row.”

The brand will also be filling in a gap that had been left on the Sawgrass Mills roster by the now-shuttered C’viche Bar.
