As West Coast-born Nashville-style hot chicken brand Dave’s Hot Chicken continues its expansion in South Florida, chicken shops have already opened in Aventura and Pembroke Pines, with further locations planned for Boca Raton and Boynton Beach.

And that’s not all: another location is now planned for West Palm Beach, according to submitted plan review paperwork, which shows a location headed to 2089 Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard. An as-yet-unclaimed page has already been created for the location on Yelp.

The Dave’s Hot Menu features meals like the Dave’s #1: 2 Tenders w/ Fries and the Dave’s #2: 2 Sliders w/ Fries. Tenders are served with sliced bread, pickles, and a side of Dave’s Sauce, while sliders come on a potato bun with kale slaw pickle, drizzled with Dave’s Sauce. These can be served up along with sides like Mac & Cheese, Cheese Fries, and more—and finished off with Top-Loaded Shakes in varieties like Oreo, M&M, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

“Like so many American dreams, ours had a humble beginning,” says the DHC website’s About page. “Three childhood friends in their 20’s who scraped together $900. Our not-so-grand opening was in 2017, in a parking lot in East Hollywood, with a couple of folding tables and a portable fryer under the night sky.”

The brand at breakneck speed ever since. Not ten years later than its founding, Dave’s hot Chicken already has nearly 200 locations worldwide.
