Davie Looks to Be Getting a New Argentinian Ice Cream Shop

Paperwork shows Piu Argentian Ice Cream opening on Griffin Road

The retail center on the southeast corner of Griffin Road and Southwest 64th Avenue in Davie appears to be the future home of a brand new ice cream shop. Paperwork submitted recently by Moltofino LLC shows Piu Argentinian Ice Cream opening at 6310 Griffin Road, Unit B101.

 

Behind Moltofino LLC is Monica Posin of New Capital Management LLC, a North Miami Beach-based real estate concern. What Now reached out to Posin on Friday to inquire about plans for Piu Argentinian Ice Cream. Posin was not immediately available for comment.

 

For the moment, then, it looks like we’ll be kept waiting on the details about the new ice cream shop’s frozen goodies.

 

The Griffin Road location is situated near the University Pointe housing complex, in a building that also houses Pho Bar Vietnamese Kitchen and Taco Love. Closer to Southwest 64th Avenue is another building, home to BBQ Chicken, Cubico Coffee, and Sushi Song.
