The national donut and coffee brand is coming to a northern suburb near Hollywood.
Dunkin will be opening a new shop at 6253 County Line Road in Miramar, per an application in the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation database. The new shop is introduced by franchisee Michael Koroghlian, who is with SOFL Donuts LLC. This group plans on opening multiple Dunkin’ locations around South and Southwest Florida.
The new Dunkin’ will be built off of NW 215th Street near the intersection os S State Road 7. Next to the business is Five Stars Caribbean Cuisine, and Presidente Supermarket is also in the plaza.
Regulars of Dunkin’ know the menu items to expect, with seasonal drinks and pastries. Options have expanded in recent years, with snacks, bagels and energy drinks added to the menu. It is not confirmed if this will be a sit-down location.
Dunkin has locations all around the Miami area, with the nearest shops being off of Miramar Parkway and in Miami Gardens. According to a 2023 report from Q105, Florida has 9% of all Dunkin’ locations around the U.S.
Koroghlian told What Now Miami the shop is likely to open in Q2 of next year. SOFL Donuts have not been through the permitting process yet, so buildout will not be for a while. More information on the shop will be released in the coming months.
