Einstein Bros. Bagels Heads to Royal Palm Beach

An opening looks to be in the works at the Village Shoppes

Einstein Bros Bagels, the iconic bagel chain that—together with Bruegger’s Bagels, Manhattan Bagel, and Noah’s NY Bagels—makes up the Bagel Brands family, has grown to encompass well over 650 locations in the US. Now, the brand is planning to open a new location in Royal Palm Beach.

Submitted plan review documents show Einstein Bros Bagels opening at 10101 Southern Blvd, Suite 200, where it would join the Village Shoppes, the retail center located on the northwest corner of Southern Boulevard and North State Road 7.

A few items currently featured on the Einstein Bros. website include the Farmhouse Egg Sandwich (Cage-free eggs with bacon, ham, cheddar cheese and Country Pepper Cream Cheese Shmear on a fresh-baked Cheesy Hash Brown Gourmet Bagel), the Bacon, Avocado & Egg White Sandwich, and the new the Oktoberfest Egg Sandwich:

“It’s our fresh-baked spin on beer hall classics served up Einstein Bros. style and built for even the biggest Oktoberfest appetites,” says the Einstein Bros. website. It starts with a Pretzel Bagel, and then, “inside, we layer our delicious beer cheese shmear, cage-free eggs, melty Swiss cheese along with a drizzle of mustard and top it off with smoky ham and thick-cut bacon.”
