Boasting five restaurant locations and six food trucks, El Churrascaso Grill is one of South Florida’s favorite home-grown spots for Brazilian churrasco. And now, the restaurant, which calls itself “Your Family Grill House,” is planning to launch a sixth outpost, at 11433 SW 40th Street, Unit 290, in Miami’s West Bird Plaza.
What Now confirmed the news of the opening on Friday with Robert Pacheco, one of the owners behind the new location. Pacheco said it was still too soon to share much about the restaurant’s plans, however.
“We don’t have a set time frame yet,” Pacheco said. “We’re working on that.”
Once El Churrascaso opens, you’ll be able to enjoy popular barbecue choices like Picanha, Filet Mignon, Chorizo, Lomo de Cerdo, and more.
“The cuisine of a nation is determined largely by the societies, customs, and traditions within that culture as well as by accessibility and availability of certain foods and ingredients,” says the brand’s website. “Because Brazil is such a melting pot of colors, languages, and customs, its cuisine is similarly varied. In addition, the various types of dishes and ingredients used to depend on the geographical location within Brazil.”
