The second Miami outpost of We All Gotta Eat Hospitality Group’s Eleventh Street Pizza opens today at 9025 SW 72nd Pl in Dadeland. The New York-style pizza concept from restaurateurs David and Joshua Foulquier is celebrating with free cheese pizza pies to the first 50 dine-in customers in line, starting at 4 p.m.
Eleventh Street launched its flagship in 2021 and has since built a following with its sourdough pizzas and Sicilian sourdough square pies that, as a recent press release puts it, “taste as indulgent as they look and keep loyal patrons coming back again and again.”
“My goal with Eleventh Street Pizza from day on has been to enrich the Miami dining scene with a concept that combines the best of two worlds: the New York style pizzas I grew up eating, made with the highest quality ingredients that are also organic,” David Foulquier said in the release.
Foulquier co-owns Eleventh Street in partnership with his brother Joshua and partner Danielle Hultman through the brothers’ company, We All Gotta Eat Hospitality Group.
“Being able to spread our mantra of pizza and love to Downtown Dadeland, in a larger space, is an exciting progression that we hope to continue throughout South Florida,” said Foulquier.
What Now contacted Foulquier on Wednesday to inquire about the opening and about Eleventh Street’s plans for future expansion. Foulquier declined to comment on the latter. However, the restaurateur recently told the Miami New Times the brand is looking to open more locations in the near future, mentioning Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale as markets to watch.
