The intersection of North Federal Highway and Northeast Seventh Street appears to be the future home of a new restaurant. Plan review paperwork was submitted recently by Casa Pescado LLC for a restaurant called Casa Pescado, which would open at 601 N Federal Highway #109.

Behind Casa Pescado LLC is Aim Hospitality Group, a New York-based hospitality company behind such projects as Social House, which incorporates co-working spaces and carefully crafted hospitality amenities.

What Now reached out on Wednesday to Anthony Shnayderman, Managing Partner at Aim Hospitality Group, to inquire about Casa Pescado. Shnayderman declined to comment on the project at this time.

This leaves us guessing, somewhat, as to Casa Pescado’s menu offerings—but seafood is a safe bet.

The location at Federal Highway and Seventh is part of a cluster of food and drink spots, including Taqueria Mexicana El Tarazco, Teremok Food and Deli, Cream Gourmet Espresso Bar, and Doggi’s Arepa Bar.
