Signor Sassi will open its first U.S. location in Hallandale Beach, Florida, on March 14, 2026. The renowned restaurant is known for its classic Italian cuisine and signature dining experience. The new location offers menu highlights such as Gamberetti and Calamari Fritti, and a design that blends Venetian elements with Florida’s art deco style.

The renowned London restaurant Signor Sassi is making its U.S. debut this week in Florida. The location will feature the brand’s lively atmosphere and elegant design that will elevate the area’s dining experience.

Victorem Hospitality Group will operate the restaurant. It will be operated in partnership with UK-based San Carlo Restaurants Group. The partnership will bring authentic Italian cuisine and hospitality to South Florida diners. Reservations can be made via SevenRooms.

The menu at Signor Sassi will feature both classic and modern Italian dishes. These dishes will be made with high-quality ingredients. The popular items include Mezze Maniche Carbonara with seasonal truffle, Gamberetti & Calamari Fritti, and Wagyu Tomahawk with broccoletti and roasted potatoes.

A cocktail program featuring both classic and signature drinks will elevate the experience. The restaurant also serves an extensive wine list that pairs well with the menu items.

Design that Blends Venice and Florida

The restaurant is designed by the London-based firm Fettle. The design creates a warm and inviting vibe that blends style and sophistication. It features a 200-seat indoor dining room and an additional 25 outdoor seats.

The design of the restaurant blends Venetian-inspired elements with South Florida’s Art Deco style. The design draws inspiration from the works of iconic Venetian architect Carlo Scarpa. A mural by South Florida’s renowned artist Jessalyn Brooks adds a striking touch. The marble tables, wood panels, pastel upholstery, and a large central bar highlight this artistic blend of two cities.
