Field of Greens, the Palm Beach-born spot for healthful meals, is opening two new locations in Palm Beach Gardens.
The fast-casual restaurant filed for permits with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation to open restaurants at Alton Town Center at 5320 Donald Ross Road, and at Avenir at 12485 Northlake Boulevard. Both locations should open by April 2026.
Owned by Hess Musallet and Myron Miller, Field of Greens operates by the mantra, “Everything is going to be OK”. The small, locally-owned chain offers healthful breakfast and lunch options like juices and salads that are perfect whether you’re looking to unwind or grab some quick fuel.
The menu offers premium salads like the “Full of Life” with arugula, spinach, roasted chicken, quinoa, craisins, almonds, cherry tomato, mint, feta, lemon & olive oil, and basil honey; and the “BBQ Chicken” with field greens, romaine, BBQ chicken, jack cheddar, corn salsa, black beans, tomato, crushed tortilla chips, and BBQ ranch. Sandwiches include the “Carver” with roast beef, goat cheese, arugula, tomato, pickled red onion, and Dijonnaise, on toasted multigrain bread; and the “Junk Beach” with roasted turkey, romaine, guacamole, Swiss cheese, sprouts, tomatoes, and cucumber on a baguette. The menu also includes soups, smoothies, and juices.
