With locations all over the country, First Watch has been expanding in a big way with both franchise and company-owned locations in the works from coast to coast. As First Watch continues to expand its brunch footprint in the United States, the Bradenton-based brand is not neglecting its home state of Florida. The company has submitted plans for a new corporate location in Homestead, at 3306 NE Eighth Street (AKA Campbell Drive).
The location is situated on the southeast corner of the intersection with Southwest 147th Avenue, near a RaceTrac.
The chain is known for its constantly refreshed menu, with new items debuting each season. This year, Spring offerings include the B.E.C. sandwich (hardwood smoked bacon, folded cage-free eggs, aged Cheddar, house-pickled sweet peppers and arugula with Calabrian chili aioli and roasted garlic aioli on griddled artisan sourdough bread), Wild Berry Lavender French Toast, and SoCal Breakfast Hash (Hardwood smoked bacon, grilled all-natural sliced chicken breast, seasoned black beans, house-pickled sweet peppers and Cheddar and Monterey Jack in a potato hash, topped with two cage-free eggs any style, fresh avocado, housemade pico de gallo, Cotija cheese, scallions and a drizzle of jalapeño crema).
“We start bright and early each morning preparing exceptional ingredients to deliver an experience that feels good and tastes even better,” says the First Watch website. “Take your time and enjoy the view.”
Opening in the Eighth Street location, First Watch would join a restaurant community that includes DQ Grill & Chill, Jersey Mike’s Sub, and Vicky Bakery.
