With more than 120 locations already operating in its home state of Florida, and nearly 550 nationwide, First Watch is one of the southeast and Midwest regions’ favorite places for breakfast and lunch. And now the brand looks to be continuing to build on that popularity, as the company has filed plan review paperwork for a new location in Doral, at 10850 NW 41st Street, Unit 440.

First Watch is known for its menu of frequently revolving offerings that change with the seasons.

“Just as we greet each morning with the sunrise, we welcome each season into the First Watch menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun,” says the First Watch website. “That’s why on our menu you’ll find vibrant, green California-grown asparagus in April, or the most refreshing Florida watermelon in July, or tender, sweet yellow corn from the midwest in August.”

Current highlights include Parmesan Prosciutto Toast (Thick-cut, griddled artisan sourdough with thinly shaved prosciutto, scrambled cage-free eggs, Monterey Jack, lemon-dressed arugula and roasted garlic aioli topped with freshly grated Parmesan), Carne Asada Hash (Thinly sliced carne asada, crumbled chorizo and diced red bell peppers in a potato hash topped with two cage-free eggs any style, Cheddar and Monterey Jack, housemade pico de gallo, fresh avocado, shaved radish, cilantro and jalapeño crema; served with two warm wheat-corn tortillas), and Raspberry Ricotta French Toast.
