Founded by Gregory Galy and led by an executive team native to the South of France, Riviera Dining Group is known for bringing the best of French-style hospitality—excellence, gastronomy, and the art of entertaining—to vibrant, meticulously designed spaces.

CLAUDIE’s culinary philosophy is rooted in fresh, sun-drenched ingredients and Mediterranean inspiration. Guided by the leadership of Riviera Dining Group’s Head of Culinary, Chef Michaël Michaelidis—whose illustrious career includes key roles in earning Michelin stars for restaurants such as Le Louis XV-Alain Ducasse and Joël Robuchon establishments—CLAUDIE’s menu celebrates “la Cuisine du Soleil.” Drawing from his expertise and passion for excellence, Chef Michaelidis channels the artistry of iconic French Riviera chefs like Roger Vergé, crafting dishes that blend tradition with contemporary elegance. Paired with CLAUDIE’s bold, transportive ambiance, this culinary vision brings the charm of the Côte d’Azur to the heart of Miami’s dynamic dining scene.
Signature dishes include a theatrical Table-Side Gazpacho, with a vodka version that brings to mind a reimagined Bloody Mary. The Pâtes Aux Langoustes captivates with its decadent lobster presentation, while classic Escargots deliver timeless flavor. Additional highlights include artfully plated grilled Gamberoni; indulgent Truffle Toupie Macaroni; the Entrecôte-Frites presenting a harmonious pairing of succulent steak and crispy fries; and the Crustacés seafood tower offering an exquisite display of the finest fresh shellfish.
Designed by OV & Co. and Lazaro Rosa-Violán, CLAUDIE reflects the timeless allure of South of France towns. Showcasing natural materials like wicker, wood, clay, and stone, the design evokes an effortless elegance. The restaurant’s 2,470-square-foot terrace, framed by lush greenery, offers a vibrant outdoor retreat with seating for 104 guests. At its heart, the terrace at CLAUDIE features a fountain inspired by French jewelry designs. This centerpiece, with its cascading water and intricate details, evokes the sparkle of diamonds, adding opulence to the al fresco dining experience. Furthermore, the terrace features a bronze sculpture by artist Ada Da Silva. Serving as a focal point, it harmonizes with the natural elements to elevate the terrace’s aesthetic, crafting a uniquely inviting atmosphere.
Inside, the 2,408-square-foot main dining room has an intimate yet sophisticated ambiance, featuring Mediterranean-inspired glazed tiles and handcrafted furnishings. The main dining room is crowned with a circular light fixture, inspired by the sun’s radiant glow, merging historical inspiration with modern flair. CLAUDIE’s private dining room includes a mural by artist Victoria Krylov. Set against a blush-colored wall, the mural depicts the journey of a bold and sophisticated muse through a day of carefree Mediterranean living. The main bar seamlessly bridges the indoor and outdoor areas, creating a harmonious flow between both spaces.

CLAUDIE is located at 1101 Brickell Ave., Suite 113, and will welcome guests for dinner Wednesday – Sunday. Hours of operation are as follows: Wednesday 6 p.m. to 1 a.m.; Thursday 6 p.m. to 1 a.m.; Friday, Saturday and Sunday 5:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
