Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana Continues 100-Year Anniversary Celebration with Launch of The Char Bar in Delray Beach

Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana, the Connecticut-based pizzeria, is marking its centennial in style with the introduction of The Char Bar – the first full bar at any Frank Pepe’s location – at its Delray Beach restaurant, 1701 S Federal Hwy.

Rooted in tradition yet crafted for today’s tastes, The Char Bar pays homage to Frank Pepe’s charred crust while offering an inviting space for guests to relax, spend time, and enjoy a drink while awaiting take-out orders. Guests can enjoy a full selection of spirits, wines, and beers, including specialty cocktails inspired by Frank Pepe’s rich 100-year history. Highlights include:

  • Wooster Sour – Named after the iconic New Haven location on Wooster Street.
  • Old Reliable – A nod to Frank Pepe’s reputation for dedication and community contributions.
  • Maiori Spritz – Commemorating Frank Pepe’s birthplace in Maiori, Italy.

“The Char Bar is our way of giving guests even more reasons to gather at Frank Pepe’s,” said Jennifer Bimonte-Kelly, granddaughter of Frank Pepe jn a statement. “Our original location on Wooster Street once had a bar, and as we celebrate 100 years in business, we wanted to revive the tradition. Our guests are an extension of our family, and we hope The Char Bar in Delray Beach creates a welcoming space for them to enjoy great drinks alongside our signature pizzas.”

In addition to specialty drinks, The Char Bar offers a variety of wines, prosecco, bottled beer, draft beer, and High Noon hard seltzer. Peroni Nastro Azzurro, a premium Italian beer, has been chosen to complement Frank Pepe’s classic Italian flavors and heritage.

The Char Bar will feature a daily Happy Hour from 3 – 7 p.m., where guests can enjoy food and drink specials including—two specialty cocktails and a 12″, one-topping pizza for $25 or the Pepe’s and Peroni special, which includes a 10”, one-topping pizza and a pint of Peroni for $10.

With two TVs positioned near the bar area, guests can catch sports games and other televised events while enjoying their drinks and Frank Pepe’s signature charred apizzas. Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week. Guests can dine in the restaurant, on the patio, or order takeout by calling (561) 431-5601 or order online.
