Home to a wide range of shops and amenities, the Mall at Wellington Green has pretty much everything—from Macy’s to CMX Cinemas, to an impressive roster of dining options. Since the closing of Great American Cookies, however, you might have been missing that little something sweet when you visit. But you won’t be missing it for long.
A new cookies and sweets shop, Galita Cookies & Treats, will be opening in the former Great American Cookies space soon.
What Now confirmed news of the Galita Cookies opening on Wednesday with Galit Danino, an owner of the upcoming cookie bar. Danino said the restaurant is expected to open in the second half of November.
For the moment, however, that’s all that’s being revealed about Galita Cookies & Treats, so we’ll have to keep an eye open for further details about just what sweet confections will be on the menu.
Opening in the mall, Galita Cookies & Treats joins a food and beverage community that includes restaurants like Charleys Philly Steaks, California Pizza Chicken, Chick-fil-A, Cinnabon, and much more.
