With five U.S. locations in cities like Atlantic City, Washington D.C., and Las Vegas, Hell’s Kitchen, the TV-inspired concept from superstar chef Gordon Ramsay, is preparing to open a new location in Downtown Miami’s Met Square complex. Recent plan review paperwork shows the location opening at 300 SE 3rd St.
The menu at the restaurant’s Las Vegas location includes entrees like Beef Wellington with potato puree, glazed root vegetables, and a red wine demi-glace; a Dry Aged New York Strip with shishito peppers; and Crispy Skin Salmon with beluga lentils, shaved fennel salad, and a citrus herb beurre blanc. Chilled seafood like Oysters on the Half Shell and Shrimp Cocktail open the menu, along with appetizers like Seared Foie Gras with stewed cherries, Scottish shortbread, and candied Marcona almonds.
Hell’s Kitchen was inspired by Ramsay’s 2005 reality TV program by that name. Proof of the concept’s sticking power is that the brand appears to have lost none of its cache between 2005 and 2018, when the first Hell’s Kitchen restaurant was launched.
Details on the Miami location’s menu are not yet available. Originally expected to open before the end of 2022, the Miami location is now expected to open in mid-2023.
