Located at 1872 Kennedy CSWY in North Bay Village, Happy’s Stork Lounge & Liquor Store is preparing to pick up stakes and move to a new location.

After finding a plan review submitted recently by BREAM, INC for a Happy’s Stork Lounge & Liquor Store project at 1624 79th Street Causeway, What Now contacted the lounge and liquor store to inquire about plans. A representative confirmed the plan to move to a new location next to Presidente Supermarket. The representative said they were not aware of any set date but that the move was expected sometime in July.

Behind BREAM, INC. is owner Howard Inerfeld. What Now reached out to Inerfeld on Monday as well to inquire about Happy’s plans. Inerfeld was not immediately available for comment.

The 1624 79th Street Causeway location stands next to Presidente Supermarket in a cluster of food and drink spots along the Causeway. These include Sushi Siam, Benihana, Sushi Erika, and Pizza D’Light and Healthy Options.

Keep an eye out for the Happy’s move later this summer, and, as the lounge and liquor store’s website puts it, “Don’t just read about us, come on in and have our bartenders make you the perfect cocktail!”
