Just Salad, a healthy eating brand with origins in New York, will be opening another Miami area location in Pinecrest. CEO Nick Kenner confirmed with What Now Miami on Wednesday that the address will be 11725 S Dixie Highway.
It is unknown if the construction has commenced on the building. The location will near other eateries: Di Napoli Italian, Pinecrest Bakery and Daily Bread.
According to business filings with the Secretary of State, Just Salad has several other locations planned for the Miami area, including Okeechobee Blvd and St Lucia W Blvd.
Kenner started the Just Salad brand in 2006 with a mission for health and sustainability. Since then, 40+ locations have opened, spanning across several states and even into the United Arab Emirates. They take conscious steps to increase sustainability, like incorporating affordable re-usable bowls and carbon labels to inform guests of the carbon footprint their order leaves.
