Located at 9420 NW 41st Street in Doral, Shoma Bazaar is a food hall that houses a wide variety of culinary concepts, from artisan pizza shop Ash Parlor, to the Venezuelan Doggi’s Arepa Bar, to outposts of popular South Florida concepts like Doce Provisions and Sushi Sake. After meeting with success in Doral, Shoma Bazaar is now preparing to launch a second food hall, this time in Hialeah, according to recent coverage by the Miami New Times.
“With Hialeah, we will have different vendors and are being extremely picky in terms of the vendors we ultimately select as part of our process,” Shoma Group president Stephanie Shojaee says in the New Times coverage. “But our fans in Doral will recognize the aesthetic.”
Thus far, five vendors have been confirmed: Doggi’s Arepa Bar, La Macha, Sokai Sushi Bar, Shahs of Kabob Persian Eatery, and Amor di Pasta. The word is that Shoma Bazaar is in search of concepts offering Asian fusion cuisine, barbecue, a raw bar, and dessert.
The combined total indoor and outdoor space of the location comprises 10,440 square feet, featuring a lounge, several bars, and communal seating. It is expected to be a regular home for live entertainment and other special events.
Shoma Bazaar is expected to open at 445 Hialeah Drive before the end of 2023. Follow @shomabazaar on Instagram to keep up with news of the opening.
