Paris Banh Mi Cafe & Bakery, which began in Orlando in 2019, is continuing to expand its national reach. The brand has opened locations spanning all the way to California, and now they are bringing more units to their home state. What Now Miami confirmed with franchisee Danny Nguyen that a new location will be coming to Hollywood at 7160 Stirling Road

Nguyen is still months away from opening the doors. The location is currently undergoing construction, and a goal for opening is set on July. This is Nguyen’s first foray into franchising.

The concept is inspired by the French influence on Vietnamese cuisine beginning in the 19th century. A new tradition called “Banh Mi” was born when the Vietnamese began using French baguettes to create unique sandwiches. Since then, the popularity of these dishes has spread across the globe.

According to the website, “Alongside the traditional Vietnamese banh mi options, we proudly serve fresh-baked baguettes, croissants, and an extensive line of handcrafted specialty drinks.”

A plan review filed for new construction was approved with provisions last month.
