Currently open at 9520 Harding Ave, Holy Toast is making a splash (and a sizzle) with killer hot sandwiches: “It’s not just a toast,” the brand’s Instagram page declares, “it’s the HOLY TOAST.”

The menu features sandwiches like the namesake Holy Toast (Holy Sauce, Honey Mustard, Honey Turkey, Beef Shoulder), the Holy Spicy (Garlic Aioli, Chipotle Aioli, Salami, Mexican Turkey, Roast Beef, Pickled Jalapeños), and the Holy Truffle (Truffle Aioli, Garlic Aioli, Smoked Turkey, Beef Shoulder).

You can also build your own, choosing from cold cuts like Beef Shoulder, Salami, and Mexican-Style Turkey Breast; adding sauces like Holy Sauce, Honey Mustard, and Chipotle Aioli; and topping it all off with extras like Pickled Jalapeños.

The restaurant is currently at work on its first expansion: a second location, expected to open in the fall, at 2711 NW Second Avenue in Wynwood, near the intersection with Northwest 27th Street. There, it will join restaurants like R House Wynwood, Quore Gelato, and Tacology Wynwood.

What Now to co-owner Tamir Vigder on Wednesday to ask about plans for the opening. Vigder was not immediately available for comment.
