What Now reported back in July 2023 on an expansion planned by How Ya Dough’n, then a single local Boca Raton pizza shop that had gotten its start during the pandemic years. At the time, the brand had two locations coming down the pipeline: one in Boynton Beach and another in Boca.

Well, July 2023 may feel like a long time ago, but year and half isn’t much time to launch two new restaurants. And not only has How Ya Dough’n recently launched the second of these two locations, it’s not skipping a beat on the expansion front. As reported in recent coverage by What Now Las Vegas, the brand is currently at work on its first location outside South Florida, in Las Vegas, with an eye to possibilities for national expansion in the future.

And that’s not all: owner Garett Goodman tells What Now that How Ya Dough’n is also at work on its fourth South Florida pizza shop, this time in Coral Springs.

“We know the developer of that project,” Goodman said. “And we went and saw the space and it remined us of a space that just opened in Boca, at Restaurant Row. So we just saw an opportunity where it would be a perfect location for ultra high-end pizza.”

How Ya Dough’n’s speciality pizzas come in No Sauce varieties like the White (mozz, pecorino, feta, ricotta, red onion), Sauce varieties like the Spicy Goose (mozz, provolone, pecorino, sauce, pep, soppressata, Calabrian chili, garlic, oregano), and constantly rotating specialty pizzas. December’s include the Fa-Fa Latke (fontina, provolone, onion, shredded potatoes, apple cider sour cream, chive).
