With 19 locations either open or coming soon across the United States, Hurts Donut Company serves up a striking selection of “REALLY FREAKING GOOD DONUTS.” One of those 19 locations, the franchise’s first in the state of Florida, is now in the works in Plantation, where it will open at 305 N University Drive, according to submitted plan review documents.

There, you’ll be able to check out donut varieties like Cotton Candy, S’Mores, Salted Caramel with Chocolate, and Cookie Monster (Blue vanilla frosting and Oreo Cookies bring this monster donut to life. If it were any more delicious, it might try to eat itself!).

But those are just the brand’s classic Ring Donuts. Then there are Bullseyes, donuts with good stuff smack in the middle: there’s Apple Pie, Nutella, Oreo Cheesecake, PB & J, and more. Then there’s the Bismark—the filled donut—which comes in varieties like Banana Cream Filled, Bavarian Cream Filled, and Cap’n Crunch.

There’s a whole lot to tempt you, in other words.

“Hurts Donut is the rebel of all donuts!” says the Hurts website. “Each unique flavor, a love letter to our customers. Our donuts break all the rules with their uniform-free toppings and amped up flavors!”

What Now reached out on Friday to Jeremy Dover, one of the franchisee’s behind the Plantation Hurts Donut. Dover was not immediately available for comment.
