Located at 10300 Forest Hill Blvd in Wellington, the Mall at Wellington Green will add a comedy club and bar to its dining and entertainment portfolio later this year. This week, What Now came across plan review documents submitted by Steady As We Go LLC for “Improv Comedy Club & Copper Blues.”

We did some searching to see what the story is there. The search took about two minutes.

As it happens, coverage by WPTV had shared the news already back in June: Palm Beach Improv and Copper Blues Rock Pub & Kitchen will open in a combined 13,700-square-foot space on the upper level of the Mall at Wellington Green, next to CMX Cinemas. They’re expected to open in late 2025—more specifically, on December 31.

“This is a huge moment for Wellington,” Asad Sadiq, general manager of The Mall at Wellington Green, says in the WPTV coverage. “We’re bringing nationally recognized entertainment and a fresh energy to the mall. Palm Beach Improv and Copper Blues aren’t just tenants—they’re experiences, and we’re proud to be their new home.”

Chris Carbo, the manager of the Improv, could not be reached immediately for comment on Tuesday.
