With locations in cities like Atlanta, Charleston and Nashville, Indaco Italian Food & Wine is a place where “Italian tradition meets local inspiration.” The restaurant from the team at Indigo Road Hospitality is now headed to West Palm Beach’s NORA District for its next source of local inspiration.
“Located in the vibrant Nora District of West Palm Beach, Indaco (Italian for ‘indigo’) brings the flavors of Italy to a dynamic new community,” says the Indaco website. “The menu showcases wood-fired pizzas, hand-crafted pastas, and house-made sausages, available family-style or à la carte. Guests can pair their meals with a thoughtfully curated wine list emphasizing Italian varietals, signature cocktails, local brews, and spirit-free options.”
Opening in the NORA District, Indaco will join exciting concepts like Juliana’s Pizza, Sunday Motor Co., H&H Bagels, Celis Juice Bar—to speak only of the restaurants that have already opened. More are coming to this up-and-coming dining destination.
“Nora breathes new life into historic railway warehouses, blending character and innovation to create a cornerstone for contemporary West Palm living,” the description continues. “Indaco’s inviting atmosphere aligns seamlessly with this vision, offering a front-row seat to the art of Italian cooking.”
The menu at Indaco Atlanta feature pizza varieties like Spicy Soppressata (tomato, mozzarella, basil, honey, parmesan), Funghi (garlic oil, smoked mozzarella, pioppino, caramelized onion, fried rosemary), and Cacio E Pepe (ricotta, fontina, mozzarella, black pepper, frico). Pasta dishes include Agnolotti (beef cheek, fontina fonduta, red wine, crispy sage), Radiatori (beef bolognese, stracciatella, tomato, aleppo, basil), and Malfadine Nero (butter, lemon, gulf shrimp, chili, basil).
We’re looking forward to seeing how the menu shapes up in West Palm Beach!
