With Sofia, INK will expand its reach in the world of upscale, modern Italian dining.
“We couldn’t be more excited to expand our footprint in South Florida, bringing Sofia to what we feel is one of the most significant areas and desirable culinary destinations in Miami,” Charles Khabouth, Founder and CEO of INK Entertainment Group, said in a press release. “Full of energy and mischievous curiosity, Sofia Design District will be the perfect complement to the Miami Design District neighborhood as Palm Court’s newest signature restaurant.”
Sofia Design District will offer, reads the press release, “more than a nightly dinner spot, but rather a destination to celebrate, savor, and explore within.” The press release teases an antipasti menu including Prosciutto, Carpaccio, Grlled Octopus, and more, along with handmade pasta dishes like Cacio e Pepe al Tartufo and Rigatoni Alla Vodka.
To drink, try signature cocktails like the Sorrentino and the Amarcord, plus a wide rage of Italian wines.
