Located at 400 Kings Point Drive, the Coastal Towers condominium complex is adding a new cafe to its portfolio of amenities.
This week, What Now came across plan review paperwork submitted by Jackies Cafe LLC for a new restaurant by that name (Jackies Cafe). The LLC lists the address specifically as 400 Kings Point Drive, Suite 3.
A recent posting advertising a residence in the coast towers also mentions that “a new cafe is set to open soon!”
Behind Jackies Cafe LLC is owner Gabriel Perez. What Now reached out to Perez on Friday to ask about plans for Jackies Cafe. Perez was not immediately available for comment.
Opening at in the Coastal Towers, Jackies Cafe would be joining a food and drink community on Sunny Isles Beach that includes concepts like Starbucks, Einstein Bros. Bagels, and The Oasis by L’Edito.
