A Jersey Mike’s Subs will be opening in Boynton Beach at 11800 S. Military Trail #103. The New Jersey originated restaurant chain has over 2,250 locations in the United States, according to this site. Florida has the second highest number of Jersey Mike’s Subs locations of all the United States with around 187.
Jersey Mike’s Subs menu includes both “Northeast-style cold sub sandwiches” and hot subs that are “Grilled fresh every time,” as seen on their official website. Some of their cold sub options are Jersey Shore’s Favorite, The Super Sub, The Original Italian and the Stickball Special. The hot sub options include the Grilled Portabella Mushroom & Swiss, the Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak, the Mike’s Chicken Philly and the Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak.
What Now Miami spoke with one of the owners of this new Jersey Mike’s Subs location for more information. Owner Jeremy Langan says that the Jersey Mike’s will be part of a plaza that is currently under construction. Some other restaurants and businesses at that plaza will be a Starbucks coffee shop and a Publix grocery store. Langan says that “We really pride ourselves in being the best sandwich on the planet.”
