What Now on Monday found filings with the Division of Corporations indicating the brand’s desire to expand in the region. With several locations already serving the brand’s healthy eats and promoting sustainable business and dining, Coral Gables and Miami are in planned to receive outposts.

The brand typically files for their locations with the street address in the name of the filing. For the two units we are writing about, you can tell their location by the LLC’s formed for each unit: JUST SALAD 800 BRICKELL, LLC, and JUST SALAD 2346 PONCE DE LEON LLC, according to the Division of Corporations. Both of these LLC’s are registered to the brand CEO Nick Kenner.

Currently, there is no information about either of the locations on the brand’s website. What Now reached out to a spokesperson for the brand, who said that these two locations are planned to open in Q3 of this year.

Just Salad was formed with an admirable ethos: to provide healthy and sustainable eating options to their guests. To learn more about how they accomplish those goals, check out their website and social media
