Located on South Congress Avenue, at the intersection with Greenbrier Drive in Palm Springs, Greenwood Shopping Centre is preparing to add Keke’s Breakfast Cafe to its food and beverage roster, which already includes brands like CR Chicks, Gong Cha, Domino’s Pizza, and Zenshi Handcrafted Sushi.

With more than 70 locations across seven states, Keke’s (which was acquired by Denny’s in 2022) is continuing to grow, with plans to expand by 25% to 30% each year, according to coverage by Restaurant Business.

“You’ll find a lot of things in our kitchen—like coffee ground in-house, hand-cracked eggs, fresh fruit cut to order, and yes, real butter and whipped cream,” says the Keke’s website. “What you won’t find is a microwave. Why? Because we believe in using only the freshest ingredients prepared to order for every guest, every time. If there’s a better way, we haven’t found it.”

What Now reached out on Friday to Ijmal Ali, a franchisee behind the location. Ali was not immediately available to discuss the opening.
