Kentucky Fried Chicken’s reach in the United States is broad and strong, and now the brand is planting another location in Broward County. According to a plan review filed with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the fast food chicken restaurant will appear in Homestead, which will join the nine other units already operating around the area.

The address for the new unit will be 3055 NE 8th Street. Google Maps shows that this is the address of a former BB&T bank, and it nears other fast food giants such as Wendy’s, McDonald’s and Little Ceaser’s Pizza.

The group Fulenwider Enterprises is behind this store, according to the filing, which was made in connection with Em Squared Miami, LLC. The Division of Corporations lists Michael Fulenwider and Brian Goldstein as managers of the LLC, who also make up part of the executive team at Fulenwider Enterprises.

The North Carolina company boasts operating over 110 Yum! Brands restaurant locations.

When the Homestead KFC location will open is unknown.
