Founded by Brittny Schwartz, This Chick Is Raw, Inc. is a kombucha herbal tonic brand that began “with a vision of simply bettering the health of a few family members” and has “expanded gradually throughout the South Florida area providing 100% organic, Raw Prepared Meals and Raw Fermented Beverages and Foods.”
Now, This Chick is Raw, Inc. is preparing to open a brick-and-mortar restaurant. A plan review submitted by Schwartz shows “This Chick Is Raw” planned at 12355 Hagen Ranch Rd #603 in Boynton Beach‘s Whitworth Farms shopping mall.
Meanwhile, the company announced the opening of the restaurant a few days on its Facebook page.
“This Chick is Raw Moroccan Cuisine and Herbal Tonic Kombucha and Kefir Bar Coming Soon!” says text in a video post.
What Now reached out to Brittny Schwartz on Monday to inquire about plans for the new restaurant (we’re particularly curious on the details of that Moroccan cuisine!). Schwartz was not immediately available for comment.
