Located on Market Street between Town Center Circle and Promenade Boulevard in Weston, open-air retail plaza Weston Town Center will soon be home to Krispy Chicken, a new Korean fried chicken restaurant.

“Delicious Korean fried chicken, called chikin in Korea,” reads a description on the Weston Town Center website. “Enjoy a variety of fried chicken dishes created in South Korea with our own special recipe, including the basic huraideu-chicken and spicy yangnyeom chicken paired with an amazing selection of Korean beers, all together in this cultural and fun restaurant.”

What Now reached out on Tuesday morning to owner Young Hee Kho. Kho declined to speak in detail on the project at this time, except to say that the restaurant is expected to open in May.

At Weston Town Center, Krispy Chicken will be part of a developed food and drink community already home to eateries like DelVecchio’s Pizzeria, sushi and Thai-Japanese restaurant Japan Inn, La Rural Mexican Grill, and health food concept Carrot Express.
