Winston Park Center, the retail center on the northwest corner of Lyons Road and Winston Park Blvd in Coconut Creek, will soon be adding a new restaurant offering food from Japanese and other Asian cuisines. A recently submitted plan review shows Koto Asian Bistro opening in the retail center, at 5463 Lyons Road.

“We actually just got the key,” Casey, an owner of the restaurant, told What Now on Wednesday. As the location is currently entering renovations, no opening date has yet been released.

“The menu is of an Asian-style bistro,” said Casey. “Boba drinks, a little sushi, some hibachi-style stir fry, and ramen.”

Sounds good to us! Details on the space aren’t available yet, although it appears to be a comfortable size (the previous occupant, also a restaurant, had a max occupancy of 152).

What Now is awaiting more details as the project moves forward, so stay tuned for updates.
