KPOT, the rapidly growing Korean BBQ and hot pot concept, is continuing its national expansion with the opening of two new locations in South Florida – Coral Springs and Pembroke Pines. These two openings mark the latest additions to KPOT’s fast-growing footprint, which now includes over 100 locations nationwide, and build on the brand’s momentum as it brings its unique dining experience to new markets across the country.

The Coral Springs restaurant, located at 9120 Wiles Rd, officially opened its doors on Tuesday, April 1. The Pembroke Pines location, found at 15995 Pines Blvd, is slated to open in mid-April, with an exact date to be announced soon. These openings mark a milestone in KPOT’s growth throughout Florida, bringing its signature, interactive dining experience to even more guests across the region.

“We’re incredibly excited to bring KPOT to Coral Springs and Pembroke Pines,” said Victor Chow, Vice President of Operations at KPOT in a statement. “KPOT is more than just a meal — it’s a celebration of culture, flavor, and connection. Whether it’s your first time trying Korean BBQ and hot pot or you’re a longtime fan, our goal is to create a fun, welcoming space where guests can explore new tastes, share a table with friends and family, and enjoy something truly unique. South Florida’s vibrant, diverse community is a perfect match for what we offer, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone in.”

At KPOT, guests are invited to take the lead in crafting their own dining adventure. Each table features built-in tabletop grills and individual hot pot burners, allowing diners to cook their own meats, vegetables, and broths to perfection. The menu features a wide range of offerings, including:

-Korean BBQ favorites like marinated bulgogi beef, pork belly, spicy chicken, and garlic shrimp
-A wide range of Hot Pot broths such as Japanese miso, Szechuan spicy, Korean seafood tofu, and Thai tom yum
-A variety of fresh vegetables, tofu, noodles, dumplings, and seafood for endless combinations
-Handcrafted sauces and condiments for personalized flavor creations

Each of the new locations will also include a full-service bar featuring beer, wine, cocktails, and Korean spirits like soju and makgeolli.

KPOT’s new locations will also feature its signature, tech-enabled service model, full bar, and lively ambiance designed for fun, social dining.

With several more locations planned to open in 2025, the Coral Springs and Pembroke Pines restaurants highlight KPOT’s continued growth and ongoing efforts to bring its distinctive dining concept to new markets across the country.
