Located at 9739 W Sample Road in Coral Springs, Let’s Chill Homemade Ice Cream offers specialty ice cream with flavors that “embrace nature’s wonders by using plants and vegetables like purple carrot, beet juice, spirulina, annatto, and turmeric to infuse our ice cream with vibrant colors.”

Now, a change is on the horizon for the brand, which will be relocating to Coral Springs’ Cornerstone Plaza, Coral Springs Talk reported last month.

Opening there, Let’s Chill will be “situated amid fine dining, coffee shops, and retail stores on the ground level of Modera Coral Springs, the apartments at the heart of the open-air, mixed-use Cornerstone project,” said the Coral Springs Talk coverage.

Let’s Chill’s ice cream flavors include—to name only a few—Caramel Crunch, Guava, Bourbon Butter Pecan, Vanilla Caramel Praline, and Honey Lavender.

“Each small batch ice cream is made in our store,” says a description on the Let’s Chill website. “By sourcing our dairy from local farms, we ensure the process begins with the highest quality for our ice cream. Our pride lies in using only real and simple ingredients, free from preservatives, to bring you an unparalleled taste experience. This commitment to quality extends to our gluten-free options.”

What Now reached out to Let’s Chill owner Ricardo Braga on Friday to inquire about plans for the move.

“It depends on when the developer turns the property over to us,” said Braga. “The expected date is sometime in June, which would put us on a timeline to open in January 2026.”
