Pompano Beach oceanside restaurant Lucky Fish is planning to expand to Dania Beach, according to recent coverage in the South Florida Business Journal.

Lucky Fish, owned by LM Restaurants—the Raleigh-based company behind Pompano Beach’s Oceanic and Deerfield Beach’s The Cove—has proposed a “one story, family-friendly restaurant of approximately 8,000 square feet,” the coverage says. The location would include a 1,721-square-foot cafe deck, a covered stage, and a “4,000-square-foot tiki structure.”

Lucky Fish opened in Pompano Beach in 2020. Its menu features sandwiches like the Florida Fish Sandwich with grilled, blackened, or fried mahi mahi and a mango pineapple salsa, and the Tequila Lime Shrimp Wrap. Other eats include Coconut Shrimp, Killer Conch Fritters, and Tuna Poke Nachos.

What Now reached out to LM Restaurants President Amber Moshakos on Thursday. Moshakos was not immediately available for comment on the proposed Dania Beach Lucky Fish location.
