The team behind Boca Raton event planner Luxury Event Planning & Catering is currently at work on a new full-service restaurant. Luxe Bistro will open at 2030 S Ocean Bistro, according to a recent Craigslist job posting.
“It’s going to be an international cuisine,” Raj, who owns the restaurant along with his wife Lana, told What Now on Friday. “It’s going to start out with amazing breakfast items, lunches, brunches, and then within about a month we’re going to have some amazing new fashion-oriented and great-tasting dinner items.”
The menu is still under development, but you can find items like gourmet pizza and gyros placed alongside a wide range of other choices—all with a strong emphasis on presentation.
“How do we differentiate ourselves from somebody else?” said Raj. “The answer is to create something that not only tastes phenomenal but looks phenomenal.”
Luxe Bistro will focus largely on outdoor seating, with space for about 150 guests and room to add more—up to as many as 400, Raj says.
