Formerly based in Los Angeles, hospitality group Noble 33 is relocating its headquarters to Miami, and it’s bringing with it several new restaurants. Noble 33’s Sparrow Italia and Casa Madera brands will open new locations at Moxy Miami Wynwood next year, while its Toca Madera brand will open in Brickell.

In addition to these restaurants, Noble 33 will be bringing Meduza Mediterrania, a restaurant offering cuisine from the Mediterranean, to South Florida. Meduza Mediterrania will open at 1620 Drexel Ave. in Miami Beach in 2025, according to the South Florida Business Journal.

The brand launched its first location recently in New York City’s Meatpacking District, and another is currently slated to open in Houston. The New York location serves a menu featuring Raw Bar choices like Blue Fin & Caviar and Wagyu Carpaccio, Mezze like Roasted Garlic Hummus and Tabbouleh, and entrees like Lamb Chops and Lobster Arrabbiata.

“Our name, Mēdüzā, reflects the rich mythology of the Mediterranean and embodies the enticing charm that awaits our guests,” says the brand’s website. “Inspired by the transformation and allure found in the story of Medusa, we invite you to immerse yourself in a world of culinary brilliance, adventurous exploration, and mindful intrigue.”
