The retail center on the northwest corner of the intersection between East Flagler Street and Northeast Third Avenue will soon be home to a new restaurant specializing in Mediterranean food. A recently submitted plan review shows Shishkabob Mediterranean Cuisine opening at 251 E Flagler St.

What Now reached out to a representative of the restaurant on Monday. The representative confirmed news of Shishkabob Mediterranean Cuisine’s opening but was not available to comment further by deadline.

Apart from the forever popular dish mentioned in the name, no further information is currently available about Shishkabob’s Mediterranean food offerings, or on its seating capacity or projected opening date.

The Flagler Street location is part of an area packed with exciting food and drink destinations. The 251 Flagler location is neighbors with concepts like D’Oro Pizza Bar, Sedici Cafe, and Oishii Sushi. Across Northeast Third Avenue are Hibachi Grill & Noodle Bar and D’Oro Caffe.
