Local late-night sweets chain Midnight Cookies and Cream is expanding with another new company store in 2024. Opening at Beacon Light, a shopping center at 2490 N Federal Highway, the new Midnight Cookies and Cream will offer the same great varieties of cookies, ice cream, and milkshakes you can find at current Midnight Cookies locations, along with the brand’s ever-revolving menu of limited edition cookies.

Midnight’s goodies come in longstanding cookie varieties like Birthday Cake, S’mores, Red Velvet, and Guava Maria (and the website lists another thirteen!). There are also Ice Cream Sandwiches, Cookies a la Mode, and Milkshakes.

“Stay tuned for the grand opening,” founder Jonathan Mordechai told What Now on Thursday. “We’re going to have some great giveaways with lots of different free products we’ll be offering to customers.”

The most fun part of Midnight Cookies and Cream’s offerings are its limited-edition flavors, which rotate so often, Mordechai says, they aren’t listed on the Midnight website. Current limited edition cookies include Tiramisu, Blueberry Pie, Hot Chocolate, Red Velvet Oreo, and Peanut Butter & Jelly. Limited edition ice cream flavors include Salted Caramel Oreo Heath, Guava Cheesecake, S’mores, and Vegan Butter Pecan.

The Lighthouse Point opening is still 3-4 months away, but be sure to check out Midnight Cookies and Cream’s other locations, and follow @midnightscookies_and_cream on Instagram.
