Founded in 2011, Mission BBQ has grown from a single classic American barbecue joint to a nationally recognizable chain with more than 120 locations. And the growth is poised to continue: a recently submitted plan review indicates another new Mission BBQ is set to open in Royal Palm Beach, at 11929 Southern Blvd.

The Mission BBQ website confirms the existence of a Royal Palm Beach location to come but does not provide an address.

Mission’s menus are built around its “Meat Market” selection, which features Brisket, Pulled Pork, Turkey, Pulled Chicken, and Sausage. These are also available as sandwiches and can be made into Combos that pair them with sides like Maggie’s Mac-N-Cheese, Baked Beans, Cold Slaw, and Fresh Cut Fries.

The Southern Boulevard location is situated just east of the intersection with Crestwood Court, not far from Crestwood Square, a retail center anchored by a Publix and home to Sal’s Italian Ristorante, Duffy’s Sports Grill, and Burger King.
