A new Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza is in the works in Miramar. The new location will open this summer at 3 Main Street, as part of Miramar Town Center, the mixed-use development that includes several restaurants, Miramar City Hall, and the Miramar police headquarters.

The pizza chain, born out of the culinary imagination of chef Renato Viola, has been on an expansionary tear recently, and it now boasts 25 locations open or coming soon in the state of Florida, plus additional locations in Texas and Georgia.

“Mister O1 uses only the finest and freshest ingredients and most of them are imported from Italy or locally sourced,” says the brand’s website. “The artisanal pizza is a delicate thin crust style with very light dough, which is prepared and rests for a minimum of 72 hours into natural levitation before being served.”

Highlights from the Mister O1 menu include Extraordinary Pizzas like the Star Carlos (star shaped pizza, filled with ricotta cheese, mozzarella, chorizo sausage, fresh tomatoes, arugula, avocado, Italian parmesan, jalapeño sauce) and the Elisa (Mozzarella, ricotta cheese, natural honey, black pepper, white truffle oil). There’s also a burrata bar, with choices like Burrata e Italian balsamic glaze (fresh burrata cheese, arugula, fresh tomatoes, Italian balsamic glaze) and Burrata e crudo (fresh burrata cheese, fresh tomatoes, Prosciutto di Parma), served with rosemary focaccia.

The Miramar location is a franchisee-owned Mister O1. What Now reached out on Wednesday to franchisee Alejandro Ciffoni to inquire about plans for the opening. Ciffoni was not immediately available for comment.
